This role reports to the Sr. Director of Program Management and operates as a hands-on partner to delivery teams, ensuring work is well-planned, visible, and moving forward smoothly. The Project Coordinator brings practical experience working within agile or agile-inspired environments and is comfortable facilitating team-level ceremonies, tracking commitments, and helping teams stay focused on delivering meaningful outcomes. This role plays a key part in surfacing risks, dependencies, and progress while helping teams continuously improve how they work. While not all initiatives follow a rigid agile framework, Alamo embraces agile principles, delivering work in smaller, iterative increments, learning quickly, and adapting as conditions change.
