<h2><strong>Job Title: Assembler</strong></h2><p><strong>Shifts:</strong></p><ul><li>1st- 6am - 3:30pm</li><li>2nd- 3pm - 11:30pm</li><li>3rd- 11pm- 6:30am </li></ul><p><strong>Job Description</strong><p>We are seeking dedicated assemblers to join a new product line, focusing on assembling fans and fan components for data center servers. While previous assembly experience is a plus, it is not a requirement. Electrical experience is also beneficial.<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Assemble fans and fan components accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Learn and perform all tasks required to complete assembly jobs.</li><li>Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.</li><li>Operate equipment such as power hand tools, forklifts, skyjacks, cranes, and measuring devices.</li><li>Work in varied environments, including on ladders, in high places, and in confined areas.</li><li>Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.</li><li>Identify routine problems and implement solutions.</li><li>Maintain high-quality standards in all assembly tasks.</li></ul><p><strong>Essential Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Basic mechanical aptitude.</li><li>Ability to perform tasks in varied environments.</li><li>Knowledge of general work rules and safety procedures.</li><li>High school diploma or GED.</li><li>Basic math skills.</li><li>Commitment to quality work.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Skills & Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Previous assembly or electrical experience.</li><li>Willingness to work overtime as needed.</li><li>Good teamwork skills.</li><li>Ability to learn and operate all necessary equipment.</li></ul><p><strong>Why Work Here?</strong><p>Join a large company with a climate-controlled facility and opportunities for advancement.
