Call Center Patient Representative

Job Description:

  • Pro Talent is looking for a positive and professional Customer Service representative to join our growing team.
  • In this role, you'll be our customers first point of contact, responsible for delivering the best in class customer support experience.
  • Take incoming calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their questions and concerns.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, while offering patient assistance and support.
  • Maintain and update all customer communications.
  • Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a customers questions.
  • Bilingual - a plus

Requirements:

  • Have ability to offer excellent customer service
  • Have ability to answer a high volume of calls
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have good written, verbal, active listening, and phone communication skills
  • Have ability to handle stressful situations and maintain a calm composure
  • Have good computer skills
  • Have ability to work independently
  • Have ability to type 25 or more words per minute
  • Have High School Diploma or equivalent
