About the position
The Cash Management Customer Care Specialist III is primarily responsible for providing a variety of moderate to complex support services for Cash Management Customers. This role involves handling complex questions related to Cash Management services that cannot be resolved by lower-level specialists. The specialist will frequently interact with Corporate Customers, Store Personnel, Back Office/Operational units, Customer Care Lead, and Supervisory Staff, ensuring that deadlines are met daily. Additionally, this position may assist in training and mentoring new and less experienced staff, review items, communicate quality issues, and act as a backup for lower-level specialists when necessary. The role may also involve developing training materials and manuals and demonstrating leadership qualities to motivate others.
Responsibilities
- Provide complex support services for Cash Management Customers.
- Handle questions that cannot be resolved by lower-level specialists.
- Interact frequently with Corporate Customers and Store Personnel.
- Ensure deadlines are met on a daily basis.
- Assist in training and mentoring new staff.
- Review items and communicate quality issues.
- Act as a backup to lower-level specialists when necessary.

Requirements
