Concierge, Hope Lodge (Sun - Wed)

And the people who answer it are fulfilled.<br><br>The Concierge serves as the first point of contact for guests, managing front desk operations and ensuring a welcoming, safe, and supportive environment. This role assists with guest check-in/out, responds to inquiries, and coordinates transportation and security.<br><br>Schedule: 4:00pm - 12:00am - Sunday - Wednesday<br><br>Pay rate: $18.59ph<br><br>This role is also eligible for shift differential pay for hours worked outside of the regular day shift:<br><br>Shift Differential Pay:<br><br><ul><li>10% — Monday through Friday, for hours worked after 6:00 PM</li><li>15% — Saturday and Sunday, for hours worked on weekends</li><li>20% — For hours worked between 12:00 AM and 5:30 AM<br><br></li></ul>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<br><br><ul><li>Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures (30%)</li><li>Provide information about lodge amenities and community resources (20%)</li><li>Coordinate transportation & EMPOWER Program services and schedules (15%)</li><li>Respond to guest requests, concerns, and emergencies (15%)</li><li>Maintain organized front desk area and accurate guest records (10%)</li><li>Monitor lobby security and implement safety protocols (10%)<br><br></li></ul>EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:<br><br><ul><li> High School Diploma or Equivalent </li><li>Additional education or training in hospitality management or customer service is a plus. </li><li>Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or a related field is preferred. </li><li>Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Experience<br><br></li></ul>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:<br><br><ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and multitask</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems</li><li>Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends<br><br></li></ul>TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:<br><br><ul><li>Minimal travel required<br><br></li></ul>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:<br><br><ul><li>The role may require extended periods of standing and walking, particularly during front desk duties and while assisting guests. </li><li>Occasional lifting and moving of luggage, packages, or other items may be necessary when assisting guests with check-in, check-out, or transportation. </li><li>Some manual tasks, such as carrying luggage or opening doors for guests, may be requiredduring guest interactions. </li><li>The role may involve physical endurance to handle the demands of a fast-paced environment, including managing multiple tasks and assisting guests throughout the day. <br><br></li></ul>ACS provides staff a generous paid time off policy; medical, dental, retirement benefits, wellness programs, and professional development programs to enhance staff skills.
