Deal Desk Program Lead

<p>Develop frameworks and drive operational efficiencies for sales teams to negotiate successful commercial and business partnership agreements. Facilitate communication and collaboration across key stakeholder organizations in support of a quick, efficient, and accurate Deal Desk process; your key stakeholders include: Sales/Renewals, Business Development, Marketing, Accounting, Legal, Enablement, and BizTech. You will be driving recommendations through to implementation and providing analytical & business lens to support decision making for Deal Desk best practices. Own the relationship with several sales teams.. In this role, it is critical to keep a pulse on the business and recommend changes to deal structures in response to observed behavior in the field. Educate the sales team about our processes and deal negotiation strategies. This is a change management role with the successful candidate will be involved in ideation, solution design, and project management, as well as execution of work streams.</p><p>Slack is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
