About the Role: As the Director, People Partner, you will act as a key trusted advisor to IPSY leaders and business functions, providing strategic insights to help develop and deliver value to our technical and non-technical teams across the U.S. and LatAm. You will be a resource for our leadership team, our people managers and employees alike, helping drive effective and impactful operations, employee engagement and a signature employee experience across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This position reports to the VP, Head of People and will be hybrid remote in the Pembroke Pines or Santa Monica office or fully remote from another U.S. state where IPSY is able to hire employees.
