AAA Dispatchers provide help in a fast-paced contact center environment contacting service providers to assist AAA Members who are in need of roadside assistance. This position will play a critical role in enhancing AAA Member relationships and providing each Member with an exceptional customer service experience.

Training Requirement: Monday - Friday (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST) for the first 3-5 weeks. Must be able to attend ALL training during the day. Set Work schedule will begin after training is completed.
What you will do as a Dispatcher l:
- Answer inbound calls from members seeking updates for their AAA Roadside.
- Communicate to service providers information needed to provide timely assistance to AAA Members.
- Prioritize service requests based on various criteria.
- Monitors the progression of roadside assistance requests and ensures documentation is thorough and accurate.
- Participates in the resolution of service issues and member complaints.
- Update members on progress.
What we need from you:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of Dispatching experience or 2+ years experience in a Call Center Environment taking inbound calls.
- Salesforce experience (preferred)
- Must be able to work overtime and/or on holidays as required by business needs.
- Subject to any pre-approved PTO, in this position and regardless of your regularly scheduled workdays, you are expected to work the day after the following holidays: Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Thanksgiving.
- Must be able to maintain a stable, secure, and hard-wired internet connection for the duration of their employment. Wi-Fi connections are not permitted for use in the role.
- Must be able to provide a work environment free from all disruptions and distractions. This includes a private area that prevents access to others during working hours, as well as prevents disruptions such as overly noisy pets or others within your home. Working remotely is not intended to serve as a substitute for child/dependent or adult/elder care.
