Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Afterhours Customer Care Representative and Account Manager to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This role will involve working weekends and nights, Central Standard Time (CST), and requires a high level of proficiency in Excel and arenaflex Office.
