Job Synopsis The Agency Sales Manager is a knowledgeable authority for corporate travel management services at arenaflex. Key Responsibilities Act as an informed authority for TMC (Travel Management Company) business for arenaflex. Build key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel value propositions for arenaflex. With minimal direction from authority, exercise extensive judgment to manage the pricing, arenaflex analysis, and negotiations of all TMC agreements aimed at achieving the highest market share and yield possible in individual markets. Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to develop contract-compliant agreements. Analyze revenue, margins, and contract performance to ensure objective compliance and profitability. Build key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel value propositions for arenaflex. Develop marketing-related initiatives to help drive sales efforts, working closely with marketing and business loyalty teams. Manage the setup of TMC agency accounts through sales calls, negotiating agreements, and coordination with pricing. Plan business growth and lead development of other agency accounts through collaboration with revenue management team to ensure exceptional entries are filed accordingly and drive expected revenue per the specifics of the agreement.
