Key Responsibilities As a Ramp Agent at arenaflex, your daily tasks will be physically demanding and include bending, lifting, standing, and walking. You will be required to perform repetitive tasks, such as loading and stacking bags weighing up to 50-70 pounds, often in harsh weather conditions. Your primary responsibilities will include: Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, as well as guiding incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions to ensure timely connections. Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather. Safely driving and operating ground equipment, such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors, in areas of congestion.
