Job Overview The Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Benefit Development and Backing team as part of the arenaflex Choice Help Group. This cross-functional position will collaborate with various key capabilities, including Sales, Field Operations, Product Development, Finance, Enterprise Planning, Marketing, and Supply Chain Management. The successful candidate will provide high-level analytical support for activities such as client investment spend, business arrangements, production network, pricing, marketing initiatives, and working capital. This role will also support the contract pricing process, movement-based costing, and the annual planning process. Key Responsibilities Conduct pre- and post-analysis of client programs, strategic initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing projects to help the business make informed decisions. Investigate the performance of different pilot drives using a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing) to identify areas for improvement. Maintain and update required tools based on business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models. Identify errors, discrepancies, and gaps in reporting and processes, and provide solutions to address these issues. Proactively search for patterns and trends in the data to recognize opportunities or gaps that the project needs to consider or address. Support the design and development of arenaflex tools to improve financial targets, focusing on the different levers from top line to bottom line, with continued improvement of significant value chain capabilities. Model business scenarios based on known datasets and business needs/requirements. Provide ad-hoc analyses and reporting as needed, and create executive summaries. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will require: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations experience, with an emphasis on analysis, modeling, or estimating. Management Consulting or Engineering experience is highly preferred. Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLookups, and modeling capabilities.
