Job Overview arenaflex is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Business Intelligence Engineer to join its Defect Elimination Analytics team. This team is dedicated to developing cutting-edge technology that identifies defects, resolves root causes, and prioritizes improvement opportunities based on business and customer needs. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, and other data visualization tools to provide insights on customer feedback and product performance. Partner with cross-functional teams, including Software Developers, Data Engineers, Research Scientists, Economists, Program & Product Managers, to develop key performance indicators (KPIs), feature engineering, and model development. Develop end-to-end automation of pipelines for applications and machine learning (ML) models to improve data infrastructure and meet business needs. Apply analytical skills to extract meaningful insights and learnings from large and complicated data sets, serving as a liaison between business and technical teams to achieve project objectives. Collaborate with product owners to answer key questions, provide data-driven recommendations, and implement data infrastructure improvements. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: 3+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting data with technologies such as Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL, etc. Experience with data visualization using tools such as Tableau, Quicksight, or similar technologies. Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines. Experience in statistical analysis packages such as R, SAS, and Matlab. Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling. Experience writing complex SQL queries. Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with arenaflex solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift. Experience in data mining, ETL, and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including: Base pay ranging from $89,600/year to $185,000/year, depending on location and experience.
