Job Overview The Exit Booth Agent will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to clients, primarily face-to-face, supporting their rental needs, and facilitating the rental process efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying driver information, offering company-approved services and products, and maintaining the appearance of the Exit Booth and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities Prepare all rental documents accurately and completely to ensure a seamless rental experience for customers. Verify car information and VIN number for security and car control purposes. Provide additional services to premium members by offering refueling options and other loyalty program benefits. Maintain the appearance of the Exit Booth and surrounding areas to present a neat and orderly image, reflecting the company's commitment to excellence. Ensure that the "Booth" is stocked with appropriate supplies to meet the needs of customers, including maps, directions, and local area information. Provide all customers with undivided attention while assisting them at the exit booth, making eye contact, and greeting them warmly. Assist customers with directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information, effectively and efficiently resolving all customer service issues as necessary. Process returns as necessary, ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience, even at the end of their rental period. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must meet the following essential qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Must have a minimum of 2 years of retail customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Must have a current and valid driver's license. Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by arenaflex for this position now or in the future. Must be living within 30 minutes of the Philadelphia International Airport to ensure reliability and punctuality. Must be able to work the following schedule: Monday, Wednesday 5:00 PM - 3:00 AM, Friday 3:00 PM - 1:00 AM, and Saturday 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in the car rental industry or a related field. Knowledge of local areas, including maps, directions, and points of interest. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in arenaflex Office and other software applications.
