Job Overview We are currently seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team in supporting the Health Texas project. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch customer care and benefit enrollment services via telephone, IVR, and web-based portals. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Answering incoming calls from consumers, including the general public, prospective enrollees, and people assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf, in accordance with all performance standards, policy, and procedures. Tracking and documenting all inquiries using applicable systems. Completing associated tasks according to established guidelines. Meeting Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics. Facilitating the fulfillment of caller requests for materials via mail, email, or download. Transferring/referring consumers to appropriate entities according to established guidelines. Escalating calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for resolution as needed. Facilitating translation services for non-English speaking callers according to procedures.
