**Experienced Customer Service Specialist – Retail Store Operations**

Our mission is to help our employees and their families live healthier, save smarter, and feel better – and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team! **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and building productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers * Assisting customers in person and over the phone by determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services * Processing sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures * Following and achieving sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis * Maintaining precise work order files and formulas * Pulling appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse * Tinting and mixing products, as needed, to customer specifications * Stocking shelves and setting up displays * Cleaning store equipment * Loading/unloading delivery trucks * Assisting in making deliveries, as needed * Maintaining in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas * Remaining knowledgeable on products offered and discussing available options * Complying with inventory control procedures * Suggesting ways to improve sales **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * To be at least 18 years old * To be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future * To have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License * To be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion * To be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation * If internal to arenaflex, you must have received at least a "meets expectations" (3) rating on your most recent performance appraisal * If internal to arenaflex, you must have completed all HR Cloud eLearning courses required for your current position **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, it's a plus if you have: * At least a High School diploma or GED * At least one (1) year experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position * Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products * Previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment * Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language * Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial well-being.
