Experienced Data Entry Specialist for Alternate Investments – Remote Opportunity with arenaflex for Career Growth and Development

Key Responsibilities The Data Entry Specialist will be accountable for a range of tasks, including: Processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identifying/addressing breaks recognized between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents Processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions task, and processing/reconciling returns activity Conducting analysis of complex/escalated issues and performing testing/validation of new technology enhancements and provider changes Completing projects in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly impact the Client/Advisor profile Collaborating with Retail and Institutional Service Teams using email, phone, Slack, Outlook, and Salesforce Interacting with fund companies, transfer agents, counterparties, and other external business partners to ensure seamless execution of transactions Duties Analysis The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for: Reviewing subscription deals or transfer requests Client/Advisor amount exceptions Regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3) Reconciling Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks Reconciling across BOS and Fund Companies Reviewing and analyzing correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving The successful candidate will be able to: Identify and resolve internal/external system issues or concerns Determine the root cause of breaks between arenaflex, the Fund, and other external partners Provide method or technology solution alternatives to Management Remediate transfer issues with the Fund or Counterparty Firm, Client, or Business Partner Respond to business partner inquiries regarding Fund information requirements/eligibility Follow up on Alternative Investment moves to expedite the client request or remediate not neat issues Promptly and correctly complete client investing and dividend requests Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, the candidate should have: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic knowledge of financial concepts and terminology Experience with data entry and reconciliation Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance Preferred qualifications include: Experience in the financial services industry Knowledge of trading, dividends, transfers, and corporate actions Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM systems Experience with testing and validation of new technology enhancements Skills and Competencies The successful candidate should possess: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in arenaflex Office and data entry software Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and complete records Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
