**Experienced Retail Customer Service Associate – Print, Signs & Graphics, and Shipping Expert**

With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality, we're committed to delivering exceptional experiences that exceed our customers' expectations. **Job Summary** As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience by utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions. You'll be knowledgeable in all areas of the store's business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping. You'll take orders, coordinate activities in the store, provide pricing and product information, and recommend appropriate arenaflex Office products and services. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver a positive customer experience by utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions * Provide customer expertise in printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines and recommend appropriate arenaflex Office products and services * Take complex customer orders using order systems and provide accurate pricing information * Assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels * Set up and operate printing, binding, and other related equipment using customer-supplied original media and documents * Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store * Ensure confidentiality of customer data and careful handling of documents, media, and packages * Process financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change * Clean, repair, and stock all retail store printing and shipping equipment and supplies to provide optimal performance and availability * Stay current on retail store merchandising materials and ensure proper display of all retail area product and signage * Take preemptive action to prevent errors and waste * Complete required financial paperwork and may assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, close-outs, and bank deposits * Follow arenaflex Office standard operating procedures as well as adhere to legal, HR, safety, customer service, and security policies and procedures **Essential Qualifications and Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent education * 6+ months of specialized experience * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods * Ability to move and lift 55 pounds * Ability, on a consistent basis, to bend/twist at the waist and knees * Ability, on a consistent basis, to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members * Ability, on a consistent basis, to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction * Ability, on a consistent basis, to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure * Ability, on a consistent basis, to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time * Ability, on a consistent basis, to work with minimal supervision * Ability, on a consistent basis, to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the arenaflex Office business **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment * Knowledge of print, signs & graphics, and shipping products and services * Experience with Point of Sale systems and financial transactions * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their careers.
