Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst to lead our labor force activities management team and drive business excellence through data-driven insights and process improvements. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving labor-related concerns, developing and implementing reporting and analytics solutions, and providing strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders to address labor-related concerns and develop solutions to drive business performance Perform data gathering and analysis tasks, develop and implement process improvements, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership Develop and deliver presentations to senior leaders and stakeholders, and provide training and support to team members as needed Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including store managers, district managers, and senior leaders Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business excellence and innovation Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, operations management, or a related field. You will also need to have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in a related field, with a strong background in labor force activities management, retail operations, or a related area. Preferred Qualifications Preferred candidates will have experience working in a retail or operations environment, with a strong understanding of labor force activities management and store operations. You will also have experience with data analysis and reporting, and be proficient in tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau. Additionally, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
