Job Overview We are looking for talented and compassionate customer service professionals to work on a temporary, remote basis, providing critical support to customers affected by catastrophes. As a CAT Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences during difficult times. Your expertise and empathy will be essential in helping customers navigate the claim process, and your ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment will be crucial to your success.
