Job Description:

  • Drive customer acquisition through door‑to‑door conversations and community outreach

  • Supporting additional duties and special projects

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Consistent track record of hitting sales targets in retail or direct sales
  • Expertise in simplifying complex product offerings
  • Known to work in direct‑to‑consumer sales, especially door‑to‑door
  • Strong negotiation skills to confidently secure agreements
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to connect with customers, address inquiries, and guide them smoothly into T-Mobile services
  • Strong ability to identify and resolve issues during the sales process
  • Adapting sales approaches to diverse customer needs and shifting market conditions
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
