As a Field Technical Services Specialist, you will consult with production animal facility Owners, Veterinarians, and scientists on diagnostics technical protocols to promote growth and utilization of IDEXX products, services, software, and diagnostic testing; and promote customer satisfaction and loyalty. Partner with the sales force and collaborate with internal teams, providing medical and technical support to sales, marketing, technical training, market trials and other applicable technical activities.
