Serve as leader of a team responsible for financial crimes model analytics initiatives and data strategy and/or data quality for the Financial Crimes program; responsible for salary administration, performance assessment, coaching, team member selection, training, subject matter expertise and career development of staff. This leader will plan, organize, coordinate, and manage work within assigned area of responsibility to meet division, department, and enterprise goals.2. Develop, maintain and supervise monitoring, performance reporting, and change-management processes. Work with stakeholders to ensure models fulfill the business objectives set for them.3. Identify and recommend model, process, and/or technology changes that will continually drive the program towards effective and efficient operations and strong control environments. Ensure proper procedures and documentation on team processes are developed, maintained, and followed in accordance with enterprise standards.QUALIFICATIONSRequired Qualifications:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
