Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. </p><p>1. Serve as leader of a team responsible for financial crimes model analytics initiatives and data strategy and/or data quality for the Financial Crimes program; responsible for salary administration, performance assessment, coaching, team member selection, training, subject matter expertise and career development of staff. This leader will plan, organize, coordinate, and manage work within assigned area of responsibility to meet division, department, and enterprise goals.</p><p>2. Develop, maintain and supervise monitoring, performance reporting, and change-management processes. Work with stakeholders to ensure models fulfill the business objectives set for them.</p><p>3. Identify and recommend model, process, and/or technology changes that will continually drive the program towards effective and efficient operations and strong control environments. Ensure delivery of accurate and actionable analytics, reporting, or data insights to aid key decision-making.</p><p>5. Be a steward and champion of data quality and data management initiatives/best practices within Financial Crimes to help ensure complete, consistent, and accurate data for Financial Crimes program usage. </p><p>6. Develop high functioning working relationships with internal and external partners to aid in achieving strategic objectives and a best in class Financial Crimes program.</p><p>7. Whenever required, provide support and materials for responding to internal and external reviewers of the Financial Crimes program, as well as assist in managing and resolving issues that arise from these reviews as required.</p><p>8. Ensure proper procedures and documentation on team processes are developed, maintained, and followed in accordance with enterprise standards.</p><p></p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b></p><p>The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal</p><p>6. Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating the ability to interact with all levels of management effectively.</p><p>7. Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a high-stress, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment with teammates in multiple geographic locations</p><p>9. Five years of demonstrated experience with Anti-Money Laundering, OFAC, Fraud, and/or Compliance programs</p><p>3. Knowledge of laws, rules, and regulations impacting financial crimes programs</p><p>4.
