Finite Element Specialist in Engineering

Reporting to the Section Manager, you will lead technical projects across Nuclear, Hydro, and Thermal Generation business units. Your responsibilities include performing vibration analyses, stress evaluations, and structural modifications, contributing to the robustness of operations. As a technical expert, you will coordinate with various teams to deliver solutions that meet rigorous industry standards.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead advanced finite element modeling and troubleshooting • Conduct vibration analysis and structural assessments • Guide projects with compliance to industry regulations • Document processes to improve operations • Collaborate with inspection teams for testing

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Applied Science • Fully licensed engineer in Ontario (P.Eng) needed • Experience of 6–8 years in finite element modeling • Advanced skills in related software tools • Proven ability to manage interrelationships in teams
