Freelance Appointment Setter – Amazon Brand Partnerships (B2B)

Neocore Retail is an established Amazon partner working with consumer brands to take full control of their Amazon channel under an exclusive distribution model.

We purchase inventory, optimise listings and manage advertising campaigns in addition to contributing to budgets — without charging management fees. Our model is performance-aligned and long-term.

We are seeking a professional outbound appointment setter(s) to engage senior decision-makers and book qualified strategy calls.

You will design and execute your own outbound strategy across email, LinkedIn and/or phone — with full autonomy, provided results are delivered.

This is a consultative outbound role. Quality matters more than volume.

The Role

You will:

Conduct outbound outreach to pre-defined brand lists

Engage Founders, Commercial Directors, Heads of Sales / E-commerce

Diagnose Amazon channel inefficiencies (price erosion, control issues, poor listings)

Book qualified 30-minute strategy calls

Maintain structured reporting

Potentially expand upon research. (Tools and clear parameters will be supplied)

What Makes a Meeting Qualified?

A meeting qualifies only if:

Senior decision-maker attends the call

Exclusivity model is understood and accepted [insert more info about policing exclusivity etc.]

Compensation

£2,000 monthly retainer

£100 per qualified meeting that attends

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience booking meetings with senior decision-makers
