Front Counter - Warehouse
- Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Communicating with supervisors or warehouse leads regarding shortages, damaged goods, or discrepancies.
- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the front counter in a professional and friendly manner
- Process customer orders accurately using the company’s order entry system
- Identify and locate fasteners and industrial products to meet customer needs
- Communicate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Pull, stage, and package orders for customer pickup when required
- Maintain accurate inventory levels by reporting discrepancies and assisting with cycle counts
- Receive, stock, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Handle cash, credit, and account transactions in accordance with company procedures
- Answer phone inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and order status
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized front counter and warehouse area
- Follow all safety policies and warehouse operating procedures
- Support shipping, receiving, and other warehouse duties as needed
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Previous warehouse or front counter experience (preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret order forms, invoices, and shipping labels.

- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand, bend, or walk for long periods.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Fast-paced warehouse or distribution center setting.
- May involve exposure to varying temperatures depending on the facility.
- Requires adherence to safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday thru Friday.
