Key Responsibilities
HRIS Ticket Management & Data Entry
- Process HR tickets related to employee separations, including validation, deactivation across systems, and assignment of offboarding checklists.
- Ensure compliance with state final pay obligations.
- Handle tickets for employee status changes (promotions, demotions, market transfers, full-time/part-time changes) by validating requests, preparing offer letters, and updating employee accounts.
- Manage store transfer tickets, ensuring documentation, offer letters, checklists, and account updates are completed accurately.
- Coordinate with market leadership to ensure timely and accurate processing of tickets.
- Maintain and update the monthly store management list and determine commission eligibility.
