Internal Operations & Admin Manager

I’m looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Business Operations & Administrative Professional to support the internal operations of a growing business. This role is focused on strengthening back-office processes, improving internal systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Business Operations & Administrative Support

Organize, document, and improve internal workflows and operational processes

Set up, manage, or optimize internal tools such as CRMs, task management platforms, and documentation systems

Create and maintain clear SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

Support project tracking, internal coordination, and general back-office tasks

Financial & Operational Support

Build and maintain basic budgeting, forecasting, and tracking spreadsheets

Support invoicing processes, payment tracking, and financial documentation

Help develop internal planning tools to support operational decision-making
