Junior Document Controller

Manage project documents: The Junior Document Controller will be responsible for the accurate and timely management of all project documents, ensuring they are organized, filed, and distributed correctly. Maintain document control system: The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an efficient document control system, including tracking, logging, and archiving project documents. Communicate with team members: The Junior Document Controller will need to work closely with team members to ensure that all project documents are up to date and properly stored. Ensure accuracy and completeness: The Junior Document Controller will be responsible for reviewing all project documents to ensure accuracy and completeness, and flagging any discrepancies or missing information to the appropriate team members. Collaborate with project managers: This role will involve working closely with project managers to understand project requirements and deadlines, and to ensure that all project documents are delivered on time. Uphold company standards: The Junior Document Controller will be expected to uphold Arup's standards of excellence and accuracy in all aspects of document control. Maintain confidentiality: As a document controller, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of all project documents. Troubleshoot document control issues: The Junior Document Controller will be expected to troubleshoot any issues that may arise with the document control system and find solutions to improve efficiency. Train and support team members: This role may involve training and supporting other team members in document control processes and procedures. Keep up-to-date with industry standards: The Junior Document Controller should stay informed about industry best practices and standards for document control and implement them within the company.
