Library Operations & Development Manager - Oswestry Library

Shropshire Libraries have an exciting vacancy for a Library Operations & Development Manager based at Oswestry Library. The role has responsibility for the delivery of library services in Oswestry, including management of the staff team, premises management, and working with partners to enhance the quality and breadth of services offered.

Alongside this the Operations & Development Manager works as part of the wider Libraries team to develop countywide initiatives and projects. In this context the role has a crucial part to play in moving Shropshire Libraries forward as a service, and ensuring that we are delivering the best possible outcomes for the communities we serve.
