Pay Range: $14/hr
Role Description: The Digital Mailroom Specialist- Data Entry plays an integral part of the team, responsible for efficiently managing high volumes of mail and documents in a fast-paced environment. This position is critical to meeting productivity metrics and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of mail.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and coordinate mail according to guidelines.
- Maintain high level of quality production, meeting hourly KPI’s.
· Perform electronic indexing.
· Scan processed documents.
- Create and validate envelope tracking and barcodes.
· Provide outbound customer service.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Expected/Key Results
- Complete tasks in accordance with metric guidelines
Qualifications
