Manager, Strategic Planning - Value Added Services

Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance Visa's portfolio of value added services. Drive revenue growth through innovative and strategic initiatives. Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new value added services. Utilize strong business acumen to make data-driven decisions and recommendations. Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitors to inform strategic decisions. Create and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners. Lead and mentor a team of strategic planning professionals. Communicate and present strategic plans and progress to senior management. Continuously evaluate and improve existing value added services to ensure they meet customer needs and drive business success. Develop and manage budgets for strategic initiatives. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and incorporate them into strategic planning processes. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with strategic initiatives. Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture within the strategic planning team.
