This program offers hands‑on learning, meaningful responsibility, and exposure to leaders across the business - all while working in a collaborative, high‑energy environment. <br>Click on Watch to hear more about the program. <br>This position will start on 7/13/26 and run through 6/25/27. <br>Summary of Marketing Strategy & Marketing Media Graduate Associates Roles: <br>We are hiring two individuals to join the Marketing Strategy team, where the two will contribute to the branding, advertising, and overall marketing initiatives of the team. Both roles will work closely with internal teams to drive revenue across multiple business areas. <br>• Marketing Strategy Graduate Associate: This role will focus on driving revenue for areas such as ticket sales, group and premium sales, client and premium services, hospitality, and the Orlando Magic Youth Foundation. It will also report to the Marketing Strategy Manager. <br>• Marketing Media Graduate Associate: This role will focus on driving revenue for areas including single-game tickets, retail, youth basketball programs, and other key initiatives.
