Night Call Phone Attendant

A company is looking for a Night Call Phone Attendant to serve as the first point of contact for families and partners after business hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming after-hours calls promptly and professionally
  • Collect and document accurate first-call information and coordinate with relevant personnel
  • Prepare morning summary reports and escalate urgent situations to management
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer and data entry proficiency
  • Reliable internet and phone access if working remotely
  • Ability to work independently overnight
  • Experience in funeral service, healthcare, hospice, or call center environments is preferred
