Office Administrator - Maternity Cover

<p><strong>Office Administrator (Maternity Cover – Fixed Term, Part-Time)</strong></p>

<p>We are looking for a reliable and flexible Office Administrator to join our client on a part-time basis (25–30 hours per week) at their Avonmouth office. This is a fixed-term maternity cover with an immediate start available.</p>

<p><strong>About the Role:</strong><br>
You’ll provide day-to-day administrative support within a small team, helping the office run smoothly. This is a varied role where no two days are exactly the same.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>
<p>Answer incoming phone calls and manage general correspondence</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Draft and respond to emails professionally</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Support the team with day-to-day office tasks and administration</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Use office systems and software to maintain records and processes</p>
</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Skills & Experience:</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>
<p>Previous office IT experience preferred</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Comfortable communicating by phone and email</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Strong organisational skills and attention to detail</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Experience with <strong>Xero or Sage</strong> is a bonus (full training provided)</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Driving licence and access to your own transport essential due to location</p>
</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Working Hours & Pay:</strong></p>

<ul>
<li>
<p>Part-time: 25–30 hours per week, Monday to Friday</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Flexible start and finish times</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Pay: <strong>£13.00 – £13.50 per hour</strong></p>
</li>
</ul>
