Operations Lead

Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple Starbucks stores, ensuring all processes and procedures are followed effectively. Develop and implement strategies to improve store efficiency and productivity. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate and timely ordering of supplies. Create and maintain work schedules for team members, taking into consideration business needs and employee availability. Train, coach, and motivate team members to provide exceptional customer service and uphold the Starbucks brand standards. Monitor and analyze store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes. Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Communicate effectively with store managers and team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the stores. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to support the overall success of the stores. Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to operations management. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for team members and customers. Proactively identify and resolve any operational issues that may arise. Ensure all necessary paperwork, reports, and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
