Your role within the team:
- Proactively Source Provider Talent: Identify, source, and engage a strong pipeline of qualified, diverse physician and advanced care provider candidates using innovative and strategic sourcing techniques.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pool of active and passive provider candidates, with a strong focus on lead generation and long-term pipeline development.
- Utilize Advanced Sourcing Tools: Leverage in-house resources, search tools, and marketing/recruitment sourcing strategies to attract and engage provider talent.
- Partner with Recruiters: Collaborate closely with Physician Recruiters to ensure a consistent and ready candidate pipeline that supports current and future hiring needs.
- Support Timely Hiring Outcomes: Contribute to successful candidate selection and timely filling of provider positions through proactive sourcing efforts and market insight.
- Perform Additional Duties: Carry out other responsibilities as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years of directly related healthcare, high-volume recruitment and/or marketing experience; or
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years of directly related experience.
