This gives them flexibility, arenaflex predictability, and control over their spend, which helps them maximize how they grow with HubSpot. UBB represents a fundamental evolution in HubSpot’s monetization strategy, moving from traditional subscription models to dynamic pricing that scales with customer success. As the Product Manager of Customer Usage and Insight, you will lead the strategy and execution of the customer-facing experience that makes usage-based billing transparent, predictable, and valuable. Your focus will be ensuring customers have real-time visibility into their usage patterns, spending trajectory, and growth opportunities through intuitive dashboards, proactive alerts, and actionable insights that help them optimize their HubSpot investment.
