Every day invoices come into the inbox, exporting them into the system, reconciling them to POs and preparing for payment, dealing with all the queries, processing the payments on the banking platform, reconciling the company credit card, creating new suppliers, adding POs to the system. You will also assist with month and year end accruals and prepayments information.If you are local, with proven AP experience, excellent attention to detail, reliable with good organisational skills then please apply.
