As a
- *Referrals Administrator**
- Occasionally reaching out to clients, GPs or other healthcare providers to obtain missing information.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records in our systems, ensuring compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
- Ensuring that referrals are allocated to the correct departments.
- Supporting the team in tracking referral statuses and ensuring all follow-ups are completed in a timely manner.
- Contributing to data quality initiatives to improve the accuracy and efficiency of referral processing.
Your role will be focused on data entry and managing referral documentation, but you will also collaborate with other teams to ensure all client data is complete and ready for processing.

- A strong attention to detail and experience working in data entry or administrative roles.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong written communication skills, particularly in emailing healthcare providers and clients.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring the efficient processing of referrals.
- Experience working with data management systems (familiarity with healthcare software would be a plus).
