[Remote] Human Resources - Document Management Specialist (contract)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. KPMG US is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Document Management Representative to enhance their HR and People Ops workflows. The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of documentation while managing various HR-related documentation processes.


Responsibilities

  • Document Handling, Classification & Indexing: Efficiently manage, classify, and index a wide array of documents to facilitate easy retrieval and reference
  • Data Verification & Accuracy Checking: Conduct comprehensive verification processes to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data handled, supporting organizational decision-making and compliance
  • HR Document Management: Collaborate with HR and People Ops teams to manage documentation specific to human resources, ensuring seamless integration with HR workflows
  • Records & Information Management: Develop and implement strategies for the effective management of records and information, maintaining high standards of organization and accessibility
  • High Accuracy & Attention to Detail: Uphold rigorous attention to detail across all tasks, ensuring precision in record-keeping and data management
  • Document Management Systems Expertise: Utilize systems such as SharePoint, CMS, and HRIS to efficiently manage documents and information, ensuring compatibility and adherence to best practices
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment

Skills

  • Proven experience in document and information management, ideally within a People Ops or HR context
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with various departments and stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Familiarity with document management systems, including SharePoint, OpenText, and PeopleSoft strongly preferred
