- Develop and implement the division's strategic plans and initiatives, aligning them with the overall goals of the organization and emphasizing comprehensive customer solutions through the sale of letters of credit, trust and investment management products in the captive insurance space
- Provide strong leadership to the banking teams, setting clear objectives and fostering a high-performance culture
