Remote Sales Development Specialist

Role Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), your primary responsibilities are: researching potential clients, identifying key decision-makers, and making outbound cold calls to generate qualified leads and appointments. You will use your initiative and research skills to understand each lead before reaching out.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct research to identify key decision-makers at potential client companies
  • Gather background information to understand each company’s needs and structure
  • Make outbound calls using lead lists and insights you gather
  • Introduce our services professionally and persuasively
  • Qualify leads and book appointments for our sales team
  • Record call outcomes and notes in CRM
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly research, call, and appointment targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in cold calling or outbound sales (B2B preferred)
  • Strong research skills and ability to identify decision-makers and relevant company info
  • Excellent verbal communication and phone presence
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • Reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)

Preferred:

  • Track record of meeting/exceeding sales or appointment goals

Industry knowledge or interest in outdoor services

Pay: $51,248.48 - $61,718.59 per year
