  • Proactively contact clients pre-contract expiration to ensure satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed retention goals across product lines

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 2-5 Years of relevant work experience
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules
