Job Details:
The Sales Associate will enhance the customer's shopping experience by becoming a trusted sleep advisor and promoting our high-quality products. You will implement Mattress Firm’s selling strategies using digital tools and facilitate a superb omnichannel experience that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
- Create a customer-centric environment by building strong relationships.
- Provide expert technical and product knowledge to customers.

Compensation:
Competitive salary range of $57,000 - $73,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Certain roles may also include additional bonus opportunities at the discretion of the company.
