SEN Teacher – Part-Time/Full-Time (Flexible Days)

The Role

Working within our partner schools, you will lead small classes of students with diverse needs (including ASD, MLD, and SLD). You won’t just be "filling in"—you will be a pivotal part of a nurturing community that values resilience, independence, and respect.

  • Personalised Learning: Deliver tailored lessons that align with individual EHCP (Education, Health and Care) plans.
  • Inclusive Strategy: Lead a team of Teaching Assistants to provide 1:1 and small group support.
  • Student Growth: Foster a safe, nurturing space where students feel motivated and valued.
  • Collaboration: Engage with specialist staff and parents to ensure holistic student development.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential.
  • SEN Experience: A strong background in adapting teaching strategies for students with special educational needs.
  • Empathetic Approach: A teacher who prioritises student wellbeing and emotional development.
  • Reliability: A professional committed to providing consistency for students who thrive on routine.
