Our capability partners with our clients to deliver ServiceNow strategy and design, technology advisory, solution design, deployment, go-live, training and change support. As a Lead Platform Architect, you'll serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor across Slalom's most critical ServiceNow engagements. You'll design holistic, scalable, and future-ready solutions while leading technical delivery efforts in collaboration with both Slalom and client teams. This role demands a high degree of functional and architectural expertise across ServiceNow, combined with professional maturity, client leadership, and the ability to operate effectively beyond IT-across lines of business, strategy, and transformation. For the Principal role, the base salary pay range is $122,000- $225,000. For this position at the Sr. Principal level the base salary pay range is $140,000 -$258,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
