Job Description Summary
"Position Objective:
The primary function of the Strategic Customer Representative– Load Banks is to manage and grow transactional sales from the rental of load banks and related equipment offered by Sunbelt Power & HVAC division (e.g., AC Resistive Load Banks, AC Reactive Load Banks, AC Resistive/Reactive Load Banks, DC Load Banks, Server Simulators, Transformers, and Power Cables). This position would cater to the Market Segments geared towards those customers who consistently use equipment for either short term use or long-term projects including Mission Critical, Telecommunications, Marine, Manufacturing/Processing Plants, Oil & Gas, General Contractors, Electrical Contractors, Generator Service Contractors, and Hospitals."
Position Responsibilities:
• Developing load bank solutions and quoting, updating, and growing pipeline by developing assigned territory via personal prospecting, cold calling, qualifying leads, following up on referrals
• Closing open opportunities
• Setting up appointments and making sales presentations to maximize sales potential and Sunbelt’s reputation as a solution provider
• Calling on prospects to drive new business as well as managing existing customers
• Accurately forecasting sales revenue to Sales Management
• Perform other duties assigned as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
• High school diploma with preferred experience within the rental industry
• Customer service experience
• Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills
• High energy, entrepreneurial–spirited self-starter
• Excellent presentation skills
• Professional level knowledge of principles and practices involved in project management, engineered selling, new business development, product marketing and sales, including experience developing territory business plans.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more, as required by the job. Some Sunbelt jobs may require driving for long periods of time, loading and unloading heavy equipment, performing work in extreme weather conditions including rain, wind or excessive temperatures and/or night and weekend work. All duties must be performed according to Sunbelt’s safety policies and guidelines. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with ADA/ADAAA.

Total compensation package includes base pay, company vehicle, and robust commission plan.
