Systems Specialist- fully remote in the US!

The Systems Specialist performs intermediate in-system configurations and acts as a reviewer to system qualifications. They ensure customer success on supported applications and serve as a coordinator of configuration implementations, providing deliverables that are accurate, qualified, registered and comply with required formats and within established timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Operates as a resource for the team to ensure success in the delivery of task completion.
  • Reviews team documentation for quality, accuracy and adherence to business requirements to ensure compliance with organization and client policies and procedures.
  • Participates in project teams as needed, contributing to direction on future enhancements to the system, reviewing change requests and ensuring effective communication and accuracy in testing.
  • Ability to organize workload independently and execute on projects.
  • Collaborates with other developers to deliver on higher priority solutions for the business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 2+ years).
  • Power Apps and Power Automate experience is required.
  • Good knowledge of laboratory processes.
  • Good problem-solving, troubleshooting, organization and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail with solid editorial/proofreading skills.
  • Competency with Microsoft Office software.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt and adjust to changing priorities.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to train and coach others.
  • Advanced knowledge of system template or report development.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Hosted RPA and Azure Logic Apps.
